Vanchulyak Oleg was born in 1976. Candidate of Medical Sciences, in 2007, he defended his book on "Diagnosis of death prescription by laser polarimetric monitoring of human tissue." MD, in 2017, he defended his doctoral book on "Peer review of acute myocardial ischemia polarization-correlation method." In 2009, he was awarded the highest category of medical specialty "Forensic examination" and transferred to the post of Associate Professor Bukovina State Medical University. In 2011, he received the rank of Associate Professor. From September 2018, he is the Professor of the Department of Forensic Medicine. A. G. Ushenko, Ph.D., D.Sc., is a Professor and a Head of the Department of Optics and Spectroscopy at the Chernivtsi National University (Ukraine). He is the author and co-author of over 150 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and proceedings of international conferences, 14 books, and 37 patents. His area of expertise includes polarimetry of biological tissues and fluids and autofluorescence polarimetry. Yu. A. Ushenko, Ph.D., D.Sc., is an Associate Professor at the Department of Correlation Optics at the Chernivtsi National University (Ukraine). He is the author and co-author of over 120 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and proceedings of international conferences, 5 books, and 16 patents.
