Panagiotis Delimatsis is Professor of European and International Trade Law and Director of the Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC) at Tilburg University, the Netherlands. He is a renowned expert on trade and regulatory issues relating to services industries, technical barriers to trade, financial regulation and energy. He has published extensively in top European and international refereed journals.
