– The book gives a very interesting survey of the theoretical thinking about photography og today. The covers three important subjects, Photography and identity (part one), Photography, landscape and place (part two) and Photography, Performance and the politics of representation (Part three). I find part two especially interesting because this is a theme which is not covered in most of the other books about photo theory. I will emphazise a very usefull and interesting description of the famous exhibition "New Topographics".
