– Denne historien er ikke blant mine favorittfortellinger om Poirot, men den er underholdene nok. For som alltid når Poirot er innblantet er det stor spenning og en god del humor. Og historiene er flott fortalt og det er artig å lese om hvordan tingene var i England. I denne fortellingen blir Poirot spurt om hjelp når søsteren til den avdøde sier rett ut at broren er blitt myrdet. Men ingen hadde mistenkt noe slik, men når søsteren selv dukker opp myrdet blir mistankten vekket. Dermed må Poirot løse mysteriumet for å roe ned familiene. En helt grei Poirot-historie som man burde få med seg hvis man liker karakteren.
