Twinkle Twinkle is a classroom-related, user-friendly resource book for all teachers of English to young learners. It takes up the challenges of Kunnskapsløftet, and through step-by-step-guided activities, links the theory behind the new guidelines to the practice of language teaching.


In simple, easy-to-understand English the book deals with problems faced by teachers with limited experience of English, or by those who have switched from teaching older children to teaching younger ones. The authors are experienced teachers who offer practical suggestions for how to start language teaching and how to create and adapt activities. The book is ideal for school-based development as teachers are encouraged to reflect on their own teaching through awarenessraising tasks and questions.
