– Bare tittelen på denne boka er verdt et godt terningkast, og innholdet er ikke dårligere. Her er en rekke essays som kan hjelpe ledere og nøkkelpersoner i bedrifter og organisasjoner med å se hvilken rolle de spiller i sine egne fiaskoer. Mislykkede personer og handlinger har alltid gitt humorister utallige former for inspirasjon, og dette er en svært morsom bok, selv om den neppe er skrevet for å være morsom. Her er også mye god psykologi, og de fleste vil kunne kjenne seg igjen i episoder som beskrives. Her er det mye å lære, samtidig som man blir skikkelig underholdt.
