Alice Munro (1931-2024) is the author of thirteen short story collections and one novel. She has won numerous prizes and awards, including the International Man Booker Prize, the National Book Critics Circle Award and the Governor General's Award. She was awarded the 2013 Nobel Prize for Literature.
