Today she is the owner of Gauer Consulting and has many years of experience in supporting workplace change projects from strategy to implementation. Therefore she established the Office Performance Model by Gauer, which analyzes, plans and accompanies the entire workplace process in an integrative technique involving human beeings, architecture & design and workplace settings. In addition to her expertise in light and color psychology, she is a recognized expert in psychoacoustics.
