Steph Adam has a Doctorate in Counselling and specialises in writing non-fiction books designed to enlighten readers about a range of psychological topics. In 2018 she wrote The Dream Interpreters: Which One or None? exploring five different theories of dream interpretation and introduces one of her own. She currently lives in York.
