This book constitutes the proceedings of the First International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering (ICETE), held

Volume 1 presents papers on the theme "Advances in Decision Sciences, Image Processing, Security and Computer Vision - International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering (ICETE)".
