Tony Harris is Senior Lecturer in Applied Linguistics at the University of Granada. One of his main areas of research is non-verbal communication in language teaching. He has published numerous articles such as "Listening with your eyes: the importance of speech-related gestures in the language classroom" in Foreign Language Annals and "Teacher gestures" in Teacher Trainer. He is currently working on a multimodal analysis of nonverbal behaviour in film clips.
Maria Moreno Jaen lectures in Applied Linguistics at the University of Granada. She has published a number of articles on Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL), corpus-based lexical teaching and testing, including the recent "An update of ADELEX: Developing the lexical competence of Spanish university students through ICT in the ESHE" in Computer Assisted Language Learning, co-authored with Carmen Perez Basanta. She has co-edited issues in journals such as Language Forum and Indian Journal of Applied Linguistics.
