– Denne boken byr på et stort sett av ulike øvelser for økt bevegelighet. Mange av dem har du sett før, men like mange vil nok være ukjente og noe underfundige, og antakelig vil en del være komplett uutførerlige hvis du ikke har drevet på med dette gjennom hele livet. Prinsippene som presenteres virker fornuftige og av bildene å bedømme, må han jo ha noe for seg (Pavel er selv modell for fotografiene). Synes imidlertid prisen er noe stiv med hensyn til det noe fattige sidetallet. Teksten er godt skrevet og innimellom prøver den glade russeren seg på noen vitser eller humoristiske innslag.
